What makes Parisian chic outfits so popular? It might be the nostalgia. The style lets us dream of Coco Chanel visiting the countryside, Jane Birkin walking the streets of Paris with a raffia basket, Brigitte Bardot sunbathing in Biarritz, or Carla Bruni softly singing into a mic. So nonchalant and bohemian.

But what does that mean actually? Nonchalant means effortless and bohemians were a soft pre-version of hippies. So the characteristic and the energy of the style is very free. In combination with timeless pieces, like slingback flats, or classic prints like horizontal stripes in blue and white it is a perfectly balanced combination. And French fashion icons additionally helped to form a picture over the years. So has the variety of vintage shops you find in Paris, younger fashion brands, of course the big French fashion houses, French pharmacy beauty products, and many other details. Time to bring Parisian chic into our wardrobes.
