Originally know for gowns, wedding dresses, and big-entrance-fashion, Carolina Herrera might be the closest US designer to couture fashion. With this season’s approach ‘Power Up Those Sleeves and Pump Up the Glamour’ the brand tapped into its USP while showing super models like Irina Shayk on the runway.

With the theme ‘Quiet Luxury Meets Collegiate Prep’ Tommy Hilfiger nailed the meaning behind his inspiration. With less logos and more focus on preppy looks, the brand presented a modern take on an all American style interpretation.
Weekly inspiration
Today we also look into London Fashion. Although London’s fashion scene calmed down a little over the last years, it is still the home of some of the most relevant designers. Just think Alexander McQueen or Vivienne Westwood. And since there won’t be a dedicated blog on London Fashionweek Fall 2024, the weekly inspiration section will give insides on UK highlights during this fashion months. J.W. Anderson showed his newest Collection a few days ago and the witty designs have once again excited the fashion world.
